Blue chip client requires an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to provide technical support for my clients Services issues and non Services people on all application and systems. You will be required to promote best use of systems by: Understanding the user problems * questions, identifying root causes, providing solutions where appropriate, thereby developing confidence and expertise, referring items to appropriate Application Management team or Third Party supplier. To liase with the user support teams, third party dealer groups and second line support to ensure an efficient, seamless and cost effective approach to support. Essential: Wide range of technology skills, including connectivity, desktop applications and enterprise solutions. Well developed problem solving skills with strong analytical bias. The ability to converse and communicate complicated resolutions to all levels in stressful situations whilst remaining calm and customer centric. To provide input to the update and maintenance for working procedures. A through understanding of complex procedures and processes involving several third party suppliers.
